All sales are final. These engines are not smog legal and not intended for street/highway use. Duncan Racing llc is not responsible or liable in anyway for the end use of your engine. Duncan Racing llc will work with you to determine what engine assembly best suits your needs. Once you have approved your engine build, there will be no refunds or exchanges. Any requests, by you, for changes or alterations to your engine build are at the discretion of Duncan Racing llc. All sales are final. Once you have approved your engine there will be no refunds or exchanges.
These are high horsepower engines and require you to be knowledgeable in the proper installation, break in procedure, care, and maintenance of your new engine. Failure to properly install, break in, provide proper care and maintenance for your engine, can result in malfunction, and/or damage to your engine. Duncan racing llc is not liable for any malfunction or damages to your engine due to improper break in, care, or maintenance. Your approval and payment for your engine build releases Duncan Racing llc of all liabilty. Duncan Racing llc, our vendors, or any other affiliates are not responsible for any malfunction, damages, repairs, or any other costs you, or any other may incur.
Your payment to Duncan Racing llc for your engine build is your acknowledgement and agreement to the terms and conditions listed above. No verbal conversation may undermine, replace, or revise the terms and conditions listed above.
